Hans Kolbe | Principal
Mr. Kolbe has more than sixteen years’ experience in the design and implementation of financial, manufacturing, and distribution systems for U.S., European, and Asian corporations. He has developed a broad expertise in international legal and tax compliance for most European, many Asian, Latin American and Middle East countries as well as the U.S. advising multi-national corporations on IT and ERP systems structure and implementation parameters.
Over the last 4 years this has included Sarbanes-Oxley compliance assessments and improvements, especially regarding international subsidiaries and inter-company processes. Mr. Kolbe has developed multi-country and global implementation solutions for international companies from global high-tech manufacturers, consumer goods or chemical goods producers through service and consulting companies to large investment and banking firms. He combines a thorough understanding of business processes with a firm grasp of the accounting, manufacturing, and legal perspectives. He is intimately familiar with the international and national requirements for global and regional accounting and financial reporting system, ERP and Supply Chain Management systems.

Rene Roembell
Rene Roembell is a Senior Consultant with Celantra System. He is based out of Frankfurt Germany and manages the European Chapter of the Oracle Multi-National SIG group. Rene has been working with Oracle based ERP Systems since 1989 and Oracle EBS since 1996. He was an Oracle Principal consultant until 2001 when he went into private consulting and has been with Celantra Systems since 2007.
His extensive knowledge on Oracle applications and tools is combined with a deep understanding of functional, technical and project management challenges of both domestic and international organizations. Over the last several years he has specialized on rapid pan-European implementations for global companies.

Surya Bhaskar
Surya has over 24 years of experience in Manufacturing and Distribution operations and conducting of Operation Audits. He has been involved for 18 years on implementing, supporting and managing Oracle Applications projects. He has worked for clients in various industries such as Consumer Goods, Automotive, High Technology, Industrial Manufacturing, Wholesale Distribution and Power Generation.
Surya specializes on Oracle's Supply Chain Management applications, namely Advance Planning, Distribution Planning, Inventory and Manufacturing with WMS, Order-to-Cash and Requisition-to-Pay cycle along with Financials. He has proven himself over the years by gaining Oracle Certifications in R12 application releases and well trained in Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement Applications. He has presented his solution approach papers at OAUG. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Masters in Economic Administration, Certification in Cost Accounting and CISA.

David Norris
David Norris is a graduate in economics and accounting from University College Cardiff. David qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst and Whinney in London in 1983. Currently based in London, his career has taken him through audit management to positions as a Financial Controller in the UK and France and on to financial systems consultancy.
He is experienced in transaction processing and financial reporting and the methods by which financial systems can be structured to assist in these areas.
David brings strong project management and organisational skills to the team as well as a practical approach to the needs of each client.

Seamus Moran
Seamus worked in development at Oracle as an accounting subject matter expert, from 1995 through the fall of 2019. He was the functional lead on Euro migration project on release 11 of Oracle Applications, and participated the SLA, Legal Entity, Intercompany and other architectural projects on EBS 11.5 and Release 12.
He participated in the architectural outline of the Cloud service, served as a representative of Oracle on the IT-company subcommittee of the IFRS during the FASB-IASB convergence project, and most recently was the subject matter lead on the Revenue Management project, Oracle’s response to IFRS 15 and ASC 606. Seamus lives in Redwood City, California, and has citizenship in the USA and Ireland.

Jon Emanuel-Hart
Jon has over 25 years of international IT experience, with over 20 years focusing on Oracle Applications (versions 9 through to 12). He has managed large scale projects for major blue-chip clients around Europe, and has vast experience with Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Oracle E Business Suite modules and development tools.
He is noted as the one of the most experienced and accomplished Oracle E Business Suite Consultants in Europe, as testified to by several repeat assignments with many long term clients. He resides in Amsterdam.

Jenn Rush
Jenn Rush is Celantra Systems Operational Director. In addition to client Project Management, she directs Celantra’s internal operations and consultant administration. Jenn is an accomplished and experienced Program Director with over 15 years of experience managing large scale global ERP implementations and Financial Shared Service Center programs. She has vast experience with multi-national organizations and is well versed in both European and South American localizations and requirements.
She has extensive knowledge with systems integration, business transformation, and training and communications analysis and delivery. Jenn is based in the DC area which allows for continuity in management of Celantra’s European and US West Coast operations and client engagements.

John Mulroe
John has over 25 years of international Oracle and IT experience, with over 20 years focusing on Oracle Applications (versions 9 through 12 to Fusion Cloud). He has managed and implemented large scale projects for major blue-chip clients around Europe, AsiaPac (Hong Kong, India, China) and has vast experience with Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Oracle E Business Suite modules and development tools.
He is noted as the one of the most experienced and accomplished Oracle E Business Suite Consultants in Europe, as testified to by several repeat assignments with many long term clients. He resides in Lisbon, Portugal.

Mohan Iyer
Mohan has more than 20 years experience in system implementations, with the last 15 years implementing Oracle Financials. He has a strong background in Finance and Accounting – having had these as his major in college. He has an Accounting degree from the University of Bombay (Mumbai), India. He lives in California with his wife. His key strengths are:
