While we were preparing for this update, discussing the changes with panelists, colleagues and customers, it was very interesting to see how the crisis had impacted everyone differently, and how everyone had evolved quite a bit, already, from their initial assessments in February.  While, fortunately, nobody was in a position as extreme as are the airlines or car rental companies, almost everybody has something different to relate.

·        Hear how sales forecasts have changed since the beginning of the year, and how our panelists have had to manage to those changes, from medical gear, to home food deliveries, to consumer networking and commitments driven by classroom schedules.

·        And as demand changed and as COVID hit the supply side, hear how thinking about the supply chain went one way and then another, and now, how we need to future-proof our input planning.

·        And understand a little what COVID has done to services labor force, including the IT service force. Who is doing what about major projects, and who is doing smaller projects? Foundational project? Did you know that the California Highway people (CalTrans) closed the access road from 101 to the Bay Bridge in San Francisco (the "other" big bridge in the City, leads back East to the rest of America) and resurfaced the deck, while the traffic was light.

Join us on Tuesday, June 16th, and hear how the people at GE Healthcare, Munchkin, and Ciena are dealing with our transition three months in.
